Pricing & Financials
What do you charge for management?
Our management fee is a percentage of rental revenue. We provide specific pricing during your free consultation based on your property type and location.
How and when do I get paid?
Owner distributions are processed monthly through our secure owner portal. You have access to real-time financial statements, booking details, and maintenance records at any time.
Do you handle taxes and compliance?
We help ensure your property meets local short-term rental regulations, collect and remit applicable taxes, and maintain all required permits and licenses.
Property Care & Guests
How do you screen tenants or guests?
For residential properties, we conduct thorough background checks including credit, criminal, employment, and rental history. For vacation rentals, we use platform verification, direct communication, and guest screening tools.
What happens if there is property damage?
We carry appropriate insurance and work with rental platform host protection programs. Any damage is documented, reported, and resolved quickly. We pursue guest or tenant reimbursement when applicable.
How do you handle cleaning and maintenance?
Our professional cleaning teams perform thorough turnovers between every guest. We conduct routine property inspections and coordinate preventive maintenance and emergency repairs through our vetted vendor network.
Can I block dates for personal use?
Absolutely. You can block any dates through the owner portal, and your property remains yours to use whenever you like.
